Accessible tickets will be available via the event page on Ticketmaster. If you require a companion, please purchase an “accessible companion” ticket on top of the access customer’s accessible ticket (either “ambulant accessible” or “wheelchair accessible”). In order to better understand individual access requirements, we will send out a form to capture these best in the New Year.

Available facilities include an Accessible Viewing Platform, Accessible Toilets, lowered bars and a separate, Accessible Entrance. We also provide free Personal Assistance Tickets.

Please note that spaces on the Accessible Viewing Platform are limited and only for customers that would otherwise be unable to come – please do not take away spots from those who need them the most! The accessible viewing platform strictly operates on a +1 basis.

By purchasing an Accessible ticket, you confirm that you or a member of your party has Access requirements. Proof of these will need to be provided.

Whilst decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, evidence that is usually accepted include:

  • DLA – care and/or mobility
  • Letter from a medical professional
  • D/deaf or blind registration
  • Nimbus/Access Cards (with +1 Icon for PA tickets)

Please note that our Access Facilities are unable to cater to temporary impairments (i.e. broken bones or healing wounds). Pregnancy does also not qualify for the use of our Access Facilities.

If you need to bring medication into the site with you, please bring this in its original packaging and take a copy of a medical/doctor’s prescription with you. There will also be a fridge on-site for medication that needs to be refrigerated.
